Athletes will be challenged through a combination of learning, skill application and competitive drill-based gameplay designed to improve decision making, execution and performance under pressure.   Key Details U12 & U14 Representative Athletes Thursday 9 July 9:30am – 1:00pm U16 & U18 Representative Athletes Thursday 9 July 2:00pm – 5:30pm Location: Shoalhaven Indoor Sports Centre, Courts 1 & 2 Cost: $60   Separate boys and girls training groups will allow for targeted coaching, appropriate competitive environments and learning experiences that reflect representative basketball.   Session content will be heavily influenced by current Basketball NSW development and performance frameworks, helping athletes build a deeper understanding of modern offensive and defensive concepts while improving their ability to perform within team structures.   The Tigers Intensive Rep Camp is designed for committed representative athletes who are looking to continue their development outside the regular season, prepare for future representative opportunities and raise their overall performance level.   Places are limited and registrations are essential, get in quick!

Looking for a fun and active introduction to basketball for your little one?   Join us for our Tiger Cubs Winter Warm-Up, a free Come N Try session designed specifically for children aged 3-5 years. This fun-filled 45-minute session provides a welcoming and engaging introduction to basketball through movement, games, and play-based activities.   This session is all about having fun, making new friends, and experiencing basketball for the first time.
